Each stage, explained

  1. Design & engineer

    We start with your site. It is assessed before any major spend, then you choose a model, layout and finishes with our team. On the Fully installed package, planning and approvals are managed for you.

  2. Manufacture

    Each building is manufactured off site in ISO 9001 certified facilities, with electrical and water installation completed in the factory.

    • Frame welding, surface polishing and baked enamel finish
    • Electrical and water installation
    • Floors, walls, doors and windows
    • Roof waterproofing, packing and shipping

  3. Deliver & install

    K and S capsules are placed and bolted onto engineered, reversible foundations, with typical installation completed within one to two days. Expandable homes ship folded and unfold on site onto prepared footings.

  4. Live, operate, scale

    Move in, welcome guests or open for business. Add units in stages as demand grows, supported by annual servicing and maintenance programs.

Installation questions

How long does installation take?

Typical K and S capsule installation is completed within 1 to 2 days. Expandable houses deploy into living space within hours once footings are ready.

What happens on installation day?

The building is placed and bolted to its foundations and is plug and play ready. Plumbing and electrical connection is quoted after the site visit.
