Why modular
A faster, scalable alternative
Traditional construction is becoming increasingly expensive, labour intensive and time consuming.
Modular buildings are manufactured off site and placed on prepared foundations, so they arrive with minimal disruption. Expandable houses ship folded in a 40ft high cube container and unfold on site in hours, and K and S capsules are typically installed within one to two days.
Capability
Manufacturing at scale
Every range is manufactured in ISO 9001 certified facilities. Capsule manufacturing capacity is approximately 100 units per month, and the expandable house factories in Foshan and Hengshui produce 200 houses per month.
