The K and S capsule documentation lists NCC Class 1a compliance, electrical wiring to AS/NZS 3000 & 3001, plumbing to AS/NZS 3500, RCM compliant appliances and WaterMark certified fixtures where applicable. What your site needs depends on your council, so requirements are confirmed during site assessment.

K and S capsules sit on engineered, fully reversible foundations with low civil requirements. Expandable homes sit on levelled footings via six supports, and can be placed on hardened ground or several concrete footings.

Yes. Finishes and colours are chosen with our team. The S70 has two documented layouts, and expandable homes offer layouts from one to six bedrooms depending on size, plus flat roof, 2.4m and 2.8m ceiling, 100mm wall and two storey variants.

Prices are indicative. Cabin only is the building price. Fully installed adds site assessment, engineered reversible foundations, placement, and managed planning, approvals and installation. Final pricing is subject to site assessment, configuration and optional additions.

Decks, solar systems, battery storage, landscaping and pathways are quoted per site. Listed add ons include a projector ($600), sprinkler system ($800) and upgraded kitchen ($1,500).
