The spacious first floor suits a living room or showroom; an internal spiral staircase leads to rooms on the second floor and a very large terrace for resting or entertaining. Also suited to offices and showrooms. It disassembles into four small pods that fit directly into 40ft high cube containers, then reassembles locally.
