Delivery & installation

From factory to site

  1. Ships folded

    Side rooms fold into the centre for transport. One two storey F20 house fits in one 40ft high cube container.

  2. Footings

    Footings are constructed and levelled for installation. The house can sit on hardened ground or several concrete footings.

  3. Unfold

    The rooms on both sides unfold and the house sits on the foundation via six supports.

  4. Seal & finish

    Weather sealing tape and caps are added at ceiling, wall and floor joins, then floor and ceiling trims are fitted.

  5. Connect

    Electrical, air conditioning, plumbing, water supply and septic connections are completed.

How long does installation take?

The house ships folded. Footings are built level, the rooms on both sides unfold onto the foundation via six supports, joins are weather sealed, trims are fitted and electrical, air conditioning, plumbing, water supply and septic connections are completed.

Which layouts are available?

Two bedrooms, one bathroom, one living room on each floor. The F20 is also available with 1, 2 or 4 bedroom layouts, and as flat roof, 2.4m ceiling, 2.8m ceiling, 100mm wall thickness and 2 story versions.
